Hi jammers! Sorry for the late post, this is extremely late. There is a new Tall Cactus in Treetop Gardens. It is in the top-ish part of Serepia Forest.
I believe this item was a plant rare at some point. Also congratulations to TheSafari07 for winning the Pet Turtle Care News Crew Assignment! Good job! C:
