Today, as you all know, is Earth day!
AJHQ sent everyone a message:
So, how CAN we help out?
1. We can plant trees. Trees take in carbon dioxide (what we breathe out) and put out oxygen (what we breathe in). So go out and plant a few saplings!
2. Reuse old things around the house in creative ways. Like old shoe boxes could turn into a bird house, or do fun art projects with things that would be thrown out.
3. Reduce, reuse, and recycle! Don't throw away paper or plastic, recycle it when possible!
4. Don't throw away that old bread or that old fruit, feed it to the critters. I love to throw the old apples and strawberries out and watch the local bunnies munch away.
5. Donate your old toys and clothes instead of throwing them away. People are in need of these items more than you think.
6. Pick up litter you find around. Maybe go to the park with some friends and help clean up. Then afterwards, go out and play around.
7. Just learning about the environment can help out! Go read up about other ways to help out the environment.
Make sure to get permission before doing these things. I would hate to see your parents get mad at you for turning their guitar into a home for plants. ^^;

You will have to ask Freespirit, she added it. :3
DeleteYou can go to 'Add Gadgets' Then "Add HTML" And copy and paste it. It can be wherever, it will automatically go to the location at the top. Make sure to hit 'Rich Text' When you are making the gadget.
